I communicate with my family and - most importantly - my wife over gmail, gtalk, facebook, twitter and other web services. We share personal stuff with each other, we communicate with each other like we talk on phone or talk to each other in person. The only difference is that whatever we communicate over these services is recorded unless explicitly flushed.

Anybody gaining access to these services is like having access to my personal room via a hidden cam or a mic. In WHATEVER CIRCUMSTANCES would any court allow LEAs, interior ministry or respectable Mr. Rehman Malik to put a hidden cam in my room or place a mic there? I have a full right to take care of my privacy and shatter those hidden cams to take good care of myself and my family either I have to face sheer consequences and thus the oath!
